Internet accessInternet Access is possible via WLAN network or in Computer rooms from March 13 to 18, 2011.
Wireless LAN is available in almost all buildings of the TU Campus (NOT in the IFW). To access the WLAN network look for the wireless VPN / WEB. (If this network is not found no network connection is available). Connect with the network. When you call with your browser to any Web page a login page will appear. Now enter your personal WLAN access user name (USER@tu-dresden.de) and password, which both are printed on your registration document. You can now login to the Internet.
Note: In the building of IFW Dresden, WLAN access is possible in room IFW A and in front of IFW D. Please look for IFW-Gast. Connect with the network. If you call then with your browser to any Web page a login page appears. Now enter the user name dpg2011 and the password 20dd11 and click login. Now you can use the Internet..
Access to the internet is also available in the computer rooms of the following buildings:
- WIL A119 (Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 h – 18:00 h, Friday 10:00 h to 13:00 h)
- GER 221 (Monday to Thursday, 10:00 h – 17:30 h, Friday 10:00 h to 13:00 h)
- SCH A200b (Monday to Thursday, 10:00 h – 18:00 h, Friday 10:00 h to 13:00 h)
- ZEU 322 (Monday to Thursday, 8:00 h – 15:00 h)
Please use as well the login data printed on your registration document.
Message board
All alterations in the scientific program and other important information for participants will be announced on a message board near the information desk (Lecture Hall Center) and via the online message board.
