Scientific presentations will be held either as oral presentation or by poster. Presentations will primarily be given in English. Presentations with a German abstract will be given in German.

Oral presentation

Generally, oral sessions include plenary talks (45 min, no discussion), invited talks, topical talks and contributed talks (12 min, 3 min discussion).
All lecture rooms will be equipped with a data projector with VGA input. Laptops must be provided by the speakers. All laptops must be set up and connected with the data projector before the start of the respective session. All rooms are open 1 hour before the start of the session. Please check with the room attendant, whether everything is working properly. Please note the very short breaks in HSZ 01 and HSZ 02. In these rooms we recommend to bring your file on an USB memory stick in the morning before 8.30 h or one day in advance. These rooms are equipped with a computer (Windows XP, MS Office).
No overhead projectors will be available in the lecture rooms!
